This module creates a rule for visualizing dynamic fields based on the group that the attendant belongs to on the AgentTicketFreeText screen.

Prerequisites

  • InBox ShowHide 6.4.10 or superior

Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ FieldDynamicField-6.1.0.opm

Configuration

Go to ‘Administration -> System Settings’, on the “System Configuration” screen, search for FilterDynamicField::Core::DefineActions

Define actions

Go to ‘Administration -> System Settings’, on the “System Configuration” screen, search for FilterDynamicField::Core::FilterDynamicField and configure the group name in the key and the name of the dynamic fields in the content, if you have more than one field, you must insert them separated by semicolons:

Once this is done, on the AgenteTicketFreeText screen, dynamic fields will appear according to the group of the logged-in user.
